4 - Cyclone Drilling Mud Desilter

4 - Cyclone Drilling Mud Desilter

Since the wastewater discharged from the sand separator usually still contains a large amount of fine sand and sludge, the following problems are caused:

1. The amount of sludge is large, and the sedimentation tank will be siltated quickly, and it needs to be excavated by excavator from time to time.
2. If equipped with sludge dewatering equipment, a considerable amount of money will be needed to purchase a sludge dewatering machine.
3. Both of the above methods; the occupied area is not small, resulting in waste of used area.
If the waste soil reducing machine is used, the amount of sludge in wastewater can be reduced by 50-60%, which can solve the above problems.
This equipment does not need to add medicines, which saves the cost of medicines. The waste soil can be uncontrolled and can be sold directly without processing costs.

The action description is as follows:
The waste water from the mud-sand separator is introduced into the tank under the mud-water separator, and then the waste water is pumped into the pressure barrel of the closed separator with a pressurized pump, and then distributed evenly to each centrifugal separator in a radial pattern. The sludge in the wastewater flows out after being concentrated, and then concentratedly directed to the dewatering vibrating screen by the collecting pan to dehydrate the sludge before being discharged for disposal.
